Friend, 

Our country has a long tradition of championing free and fair elections throughout the world -- but while the Biden Administration looks on, they’re being undermined by leftist radicals right here at home. 

They’ve been quick to criticize electoral interference in places like Guatemala, Venezuela, and Russia, but remain silent on the growing Democrat effort to exclude former President Donald J. Trump from the 2024 presidential election ballot. 

In Colorado, unelected left-wing activist judges on the state supreme court -- who were all appointed by Democrat governors -- have justified removing President Trump from the ballot there by falsely accusing him of “insurrection” against the United States. 

Friend, this hyper-partisan, politically motivated decision abuses the Constitution for short-term gain. How unelected judges in Colorado feel about Trump should not sway their interpretation of our founding document or deny millions of Coloradans the right to vote for the candidate of their choosing. 

Meanwhile, Maine has also unilaterally moved to remove Donald Trump from the ballot, though thankfully, even some Democrats have criticized the autocratic overreach. 

Fortunately, Friend, the U.S. Supreme Court is set to weigh in on these un-American, authoritarian attempts to block a candidate from standing for election -- but for now, every American, no matter their party, should condemn this assault on our electoral institutions and freedoms. 

Our democracy shouldn’t hinge on what someone thinks about Donald Trump. It should hinge on free and fair elections that determine the will of the people -- and I want you to help me make that clear to Joe Biden and the leftist Democrats actively undermining free and fair elections in our country.
