Friday Evening:

KANSAS DAY DINNER

6:30pm - 8:30pm - Doors Open at 6:00pm

Program begins at 7pm

BBQ dinner at Bourgmont Winery is provided exclusively for paid attendees of the 2024 KSGOP Convention. Unpaid persons and guests will not be admitted as this is a private and exclusive event. Purchase of a convention ticket will not be an option at the entry of this event. There will be a law enforcement presence at Bourgmont Winery, and other measures will be taken to assure attendee safety. Attire for this event is “Kansas Casual” so come dressed comfortably!

We look forward to tons of conversation, laughs, and giggles!

This is a separately ticketed and private event occurring in the large ballroom at the KSGOP Convention on Saturday, January 27, 2024. Your purchase of a KS GOP Convention admission does not gain you entry into this private event.

Bob Dole Dinner

Saturday Night 01/27/2024

7:00pm - 8:30pm

Doors Open at 6:30pm

Program begins at 7:15pm

This is a separately ticketed and private event occurring in the large ballroom at the KSGOP Convention on Saturday, January 27, 2024. Your purchase of a KSGOP Convention admission does not gain you entry into this private event.

Attire for this event is business/business casual.

Security

Security will be provided during all events. All KSGOP events are occurring on private property and the KSGOP reserves the right to refuse entry or service to anyone, including those with a paid entry ticket and name badge. We encourage everyone to attend and enjoy the company of your fellow Republicans and maintain a civil decorum while in attendance. There will be a law enforcement presence at Bourgmont Winery and other measures will be taken to assure attendee safety. There will be a no nonsense policy in effect throughout all KSGOP events. Come have fun! 

Press

Please keep in mind that members of the press will likely be in attendance. If you are a member of the press, please check in at the regular check in area and be prepared to present a government issued id and press credentials. 

Parking

There is free surface parking at both venues however I suspect the parking lot will be filled. DO NOT leave your vehicle unattended in no-parking areas as the hotel may have your vehicle towed at your expense.
