Every life is sacred and has value. 

As a mother of two beautiful children, I deeply understand the miracle and precious gift of life. Experiencing the moment of holding a newborn child and witnessing their first breath is a joy beyond compare. Life, in all its stages, is a gift we must cherish and protect. 

My role as your Congresswoman is not just a position but a commitment to uphold and advocate for the sanctity of life, ensuring support for both the unborn and for women.

This past week in Congress, I proudly cast my vote in favor of two significant pro-life bills, reflecting our shared values of nurturing and safeguarding life:

• H.R. 6914, the Pregnant Students’ Rights Act: This legislation ensures all college students who are pregnant or may become pregnant know their rights and protections to carry a pregnancy to term, like modified class schedules, excused absences, etc.
• H.R. 6918, the Supporting Pregnant and Parenting Women and Families Act: This legislation would prohibit the Secretary of Health & Human Services from restricting funding for pregnancy centers.

These bills reflect our shared commitment to nurturing and protecting life at every stage. It is my honor to represent a community that values life so deeply, and I firmly commit to upholding the sanctity of life and being a voice for the voiceless in Congress.

I am proud to have earned an A+ rating on the Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America National Pro-Life Scorecard for my work consistently voting to defend the unborn and protecting the health of mothers.
