In-Progress Now: In-Person Absentee Early Voting at three Voting Centers for the March 5 Democratic Presidential Primary. Visit fairfaxcounty.gov/elections/early-voting [[link removed]] for more information. Voting at an additional thirteen satellite locations starts Saturday, February 24.
Democrats on the permanent absentee should receive their balloting materials this week. Remember, witness signatures are no longer required; just use the last four digits of your social security number and your year of birth.
Monday, February 12 is the deadline to register to vote in the March 5 Democratic Presidential Primary and be able to vote a regular ballot. Check/update your voter registration information at the Virginia Department of Elections Citizen Portal [[link removed]]. Same Day Registration will be available between February 13 and March 5, however, you will need to vote a provisional ballot. Young people who turn 18 years old on or before Tuesday, November 5, 2024 may register to vote and participate in the Presidential Primary.

Come to Soupfest 2024 on Saturday, February 10, at 5:00 pm (location provided after RSVP). Join fellow Democrats in Braddock to eat home made soups, desserts, and other goodies as well as have a glass of wine or beer. The soup lineup includes among many others:
* Brunswick Stew
* Sicilian Sausage
* Black Bean & Corn
* Lentil
* New England Clam Chowder
* . . . Something to make everyone's taste buds tingle.
All soups are homemade by Braddock Dem members, so you need to make your reservation no later than Saturday, February 3, or you'll be left out in the
