⇒ Last week, our race was downgraded from “LEANS DEMOCRAT” to TOSSUP” by election prognosticators at the Cook Political Report.

⇒ In our most recent public fundraising report, David Valadao out-raised us by collecting big checks from Rep. Devin Nunes, Rep. Kevin McCarthy, and a number of corporate PACs.

⇒ The end of March marks our first end-of-quarter fundraising deadline of 2020 and we’re coming up short of our goal to fight back.

Despite the ongoing public health crisis, we still expect the full weight of the National Republican Party to move into California’s 21st District. They’re convinced TJ’s district is their best shot to win a House race in California.
