Today is Day 3 of our week long trial defending my friend Luke Coffee, who is being unjustly prosecuted in the U.S. District Court for DC for January 6th.

On the first day of the trial, the government’s STAR police witness admitted that Luke NEVER once made any contact with her on January 6th, 2021 — despite the corrupt DOJ’s assertion that he did.

On Day 2, the main FBI special agent on the case admitted on cross examination that Luke had created a barrier to PREVENT violence between protestors and police.

Luke is just one of many that are being prosecuted by the weaponized DOJ for his political beliefs. When I’m in Congress, I will fight for all of the Jan. 6 prisoners and their immediate release.
