John,

We just won a huge court victory for religious liberty.

A Christian realtor was targeted by a government agency and lost her job for saying "Jesus loves you" and John 3:16 on her website and email signature. It was a blatantly unconstitutional violation of her religious liberty.

We filed a lawsuit; and after our years-long court battle, the court just struck down this statute as unconstitutional.

This is a massive victory in a battle that is becoming increasingly more malignant. There is a surreptitious war being waged against Christians nationwide. From kids' Bibles being confiscated in school to the Biden Deep State spying on Bible purchases and churches to Christian kids being kicked out of federal buildings for wearing pro-life hats – the war is raging on.

But your ACLJ is engaged in each and every one of these cases – and we are winning. "Jesus loves you" and John 3:16 are no longer banned.

This is just one victory in a broader war for the soul of our nation – to defend your constitutional rights. To win, we need you to take action with us.

Sign Petition: Defeat Biden's War on Christian Faith.
