Hi John, it’s Joseph Gordon-Levitt.
This week, I was proud of Adam as he stood on the debate stage and shared his vision for a brighter future for all of us here in California.
I’m a lifelong Californian. Born in LA, raised in Sherman Oaks, and graduated from Van Nuys High School.
My parents encouraged me to be politically active from a young age. My mom, Jane Gordon, even ran for Congress here before I was born.
And I know that no one is better prepared to serve Californians in the United States Senate than Adam.
He doesn’t just talk the talk — there’s real action behind his words.
Like his efforts to lower prescription drug costs. Or to help secure funding for more affordable housing in our state. Or joining the SAG-AFTRA picket line, fighting alongside the labor movement for better protections for workers.
Adam showed Californians Monday night the type of Senator he will be: empathetic, strong-willed, and effective.
