Team,

Our world has changed dramatically in the last few weeks, but here’s what isn’t changing: We’re building a grassroots campaign to defeat Mitch McConnell.

We’re up against our first FEC deadline of 2020, and the pressure is on our team to step up and finally close the gap with Mitch’s campaign—but this deadline is going to be a lot more difficult than any before.

To help do our part to keep the community safe, our staff is working from home and we’ve canceled all in-person events. That means we’ll be racing to this fundraising deadline with the equivalent of one hand tied behind our back. (And that’s right as Mitch goes up on the air with a new attack ad against Amy).

But Amy has something Mitch will never have: a vast network of hundreds of thousands of grassroots donors who’ve chipped in to build this campaign.

This is a chance to demonstrate the power of small-dollar donations. Let’s show what this grassroots team can do—if you can, will you make a donation before our quarterly deadline?

Here’s what else hasn’t changed, and won’t any time soon: The importance of electing leaders who'll put people first.

For 35 years, Mitch has put himself and his special-interest allies ahead of us. And he’s still doing it, even in a time of crisis. He sent the Senate home while the House worked overtime to pass emergency legislation, and wasted valuable time to address the situation.

That's why we can’t afford to take our foot off the gas. Our quarterly FEC deadline is a chance to show the world that we have what it takes to end Mitch’s career in the U.S. Senate.

Chip in now and let’s make it happen:
