Unhinged school administrators -- including the principal of his school -- saw a vile racist who is wearing blackface and needs to be severely punished.
They want to teach our kids to see racism everywhere.
Middle school student J.A. attended a football game with a group of friends, and to show school spirit, he painted athletic “eye blacks” on his cheeks. The same kind you see both athletes and spectators wearing every time you watch sports on television.
And J.A. (a good kid with nice rule-following parents) seemed like an easy target.
The school officials at the San Diego area school he attends wanted to make an example out of him – and so they decided that this young boy was guilty of the hate crime of wearing black face.
They suspended him, banned him from sporting events, and placed a “hate crime” on his permanent record.
Well, these race-baiting leftist administrators picked the wrong family to mess with.
J.A. and his parents are taking legal action, and we’re standing with them.
And I’m asking you to join our effort to defend J.A.’s rights and restore his reputation.
Put yourself in the shoes of this 8th grader who was accused of committing a hate crime after showing up to a football game with face paint.
Even though he did nothing wrong, he’s being condemned as an evil racist.
It would’ve been easy for J.A. to accept the punishment, cave in, and keep his head down.
But he was brave enough to stand up and fight back.
He can’t do it alone. That’s why I’m writing you today.
We’re going up against a school district with practically unlimited funds that has a political agenda to preserve and promote its DEI philosophy. J.A. and his family simply don’t have the resources to match.
