Last night, Donald Trump won the New Hampshire Republican primary, putting him one step closer to securing the Republican nomination for president.

John, we’ve been here before. Donald Trump’s presidency brought extremism to the mainstream; he set the foundation for the overturn of Roe v. Wade, led attacks on voting rights, and was the architect of the January 6th insurrection. If the results of this primary remind us of one thing, it’s that extremism is alive and well, and we’ll have to combat it here in West Michigan.

My race is one of the top targets of National Republicans for a reason. And in a swing state like Michigan, control of the White House will come down to who wins here in Michigan's Third.
