As we enter into 2024, County Executive Johnny O remains focused on delivering for the families and communities in Baltimore County and beyond.

With the Maryland General Assembly now gathered for the 2024 session, Johnny O is working to:

➜ Secure investments for critical community projects to better serve our children, working families, seniors, and growing communities.

➜ Provide equitable state funding for safe and reliable transportation for residents.

➜ Secure funding for local substance abuse and opioid treatment programs.

➜ Expand attainable housing opportunities by protecting tenants’ rights, securing financial assistance for development in low-income communities, and supporting the development of affordable housing.

➜ Work with law enforcement to keep our communities safe by increasing firearm safety and reducing auto thefts.

➜ Improve regional infrastructure by modernizing the water and wastewater utilities to ensure residents have access to high-quality water and sewage services.
