It's time to fight back.

Florida House Bill 1519 would ban all abortions in the state with virtually NO EXCEPTIONS.

It was introduced on Jan. 8 by District 111 Republican Rep. David Borrero.

The bill "prohibits person or entity from purposely performing or attempting to perform abortion; provides exception; provides penalties; revises requirements for court to issue order authorizing minor to consent to termination of pregnancy."

There are NO EXCEPTIONS for rape or incest.

Personhood is defined from the moment of fertilization, which lays the groundwork for banning birth control.

The bill has an emergency health provision for minors, but not for all other Florida women.

Any woman experiencing life-threatening pregnancy complications would be left for dead.

This also means that ectopic pregnancies, molar pregnancies and non-viable pregnancies (issues that unfortunately affect many pregnant women) are virtually untreatable. Anyone who aids in providing an abortion can be punished, including health care providers and manufacturers/providers of abortion pills.

Anyone who mails an abortion pill into the state of Florida COULD BE PUNISHED.

House Bill 1519 places Florida's women and girls in danger.
