Friend — Ed’s stance on the Senate filibuster has been clear for years now: Abolish it once and for all and pass much-needed legislation to secure our democracy.

In too many ways, the extremist far-right has taken hold of our institutions and made it harder for our government to deliver the commonsense solutions that we need.

The filibuster is a perfect example of how a minority of our elected leaders stand in the way of what a strong majority of Americans have said they want to see from Congress: a strong democracy, a fair economy, and a liveable future for all Americans.
