Fellow Patriot,
We have major news to share with you. We just released bombshell documents that show a secretive agency within DHS known as the Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) knew the serious risks of massive mail-in voter fraud during the 2020 elections but censored these criticisms as “disinformation.”
We obtained these bombshell documents after we sued CISA in federal court. They show that even as CISA was working to censor any concerns about election interference as disinformation- they knew of 6 significant risks of serious voter fraud that existed in 2020:
1. “Implementation of mail-in voting infrastructure and processes within a compressed timeline may also introduce new risk.”
2. “For mail-in voting, some of the risk under the control of election officials during in-person voting shifts to outside entities, such as ballot printers, mail processing facilities, and the United States Postal Service.”
3 “Integrity attacks on voter registration data and systems represent a comparatively higher risk in a mail-in voting environment when compared to an in-person voting environment.”
4. “The outbound and inbound processing of mail-in ballots introduces additional infrastructure and technology, increasing potential scalability of cyber attacks.”
5. “Inbound mail-in ballot processes and tabulation take longer than in-person processing, causing tabulation of results to occur more slowly and resulting in more ballots to tabulate following election night.”
6. “Disinformation risk to mail-in voting infrastructure and processes is similar to that of in-person voting while utilizing different content. Threat actors may leverage limited understanding regarding mail-in voting processes to mislead and confuse the public.”
These records show that CISA knew voter fraud via mail was a serious problem, but rather than sound the alarm or work to prevent voter fraud, CISA focused on censoring claims of election interference and problems with election security. This is absolutely outrageous!
Of course, ballots submitted via mail are inherently less secure than verified, in-person voting by a citizen who shows identification before casting his or her ballot. CISA received reporting and was aware of the risks associated with mass mail-in voting schemes, yet it simultaneously was engaged in an unprecedented censorship campaign to mislead the American people about the truth of the situation- and many other things.
That’s why we are fighting back against the network of liberal elites and Deep State actors who are attempting to interfere with election security!
But that’s not all. We are also taking numerous other legal actions and opening investigations to protect election security and prevent illegal election interference in the 2024 elections for all Americans. A few important examples…
First, America First Legal (with our good friends at Boyden Gray) has filed a brief in the Supreme Court of the United States on behalf of Senator Ted Cruz, Majority Leader Steve Scalise, and 177 other Members of Congress to defend Donald J. Trump’s right to remain on the Colorado ballot.
Second, we have opened an aggressive investigation into Maine Secretary of State Shenna Bellows’ decision to remove Donald J. Trump from Maine’s 2024 GOP primary ballot for President of the United States. This is yet another unprecedented, blatantly illegal move to interfere with the 2024 presidential election by a rabid, partisan Democrat party operative.
We will not allow liberal elites and their Marxist allies to subvert the will of the American people and undermine our constitutional republic. It is egregious, it is un-American, and it must be stopped. We are committed to exposing and terminating these illegal interference efforts!
