Five $20,000 USD cash prizes will be awarded to projects that exemplify this year’s Challenge theme: “The Rule of Law Foundation of Democracy.” Strong contenders will demonstrate effective strategies that strengthen the rule of law, counter authoritarianism, and rebuild trust in democratic governance.
