They’re falling all over themselves saying this race is over. Well, I have news for them.
This race is far from over and I want to tell you why…
When I ran against the longest serving legislator in the state, I was the outsider. In fact, a week before the primary, I was polling at 15 percent.
But that didn’t matter. We fought and we WON.
When I ran for Governor of South Carolina, I ran against a Lieutenant Governor, an attorney general, a very popular Congressman, and a State Senator.
I was known as “Nikki who.” I had 3% in the polls, and I was seen as the underdog.
But once again, that didn’t matter. We fought and we WON.
Now, we’re the last one standing next to Donald Trump, and last night, we got close to half of the vote.
So I said it before, and I’ll say it again – this race is far from over. I’m going to continue to fight for that inch every step in this race because we have a country to save!
That’s why TODAY I’m on the campaign trail in South Carolina hosting a rally, meeting with voters, and continuing the fight.
And let me tell you, in my home state of South Carolina, Donald Trump is going to have a harder time falsely attacking me.
The great people of South Carolina know I cut their taxes. They know I signed the toughest immigration bill in the country. They know we passed voter ID, and tort reform, and ethics reform, and they know we moved 35,000 people from welfare to work.
We can do this, Friend.
Our fight is not over, because we have a country to save!

I’m running for President because my parents came to America more than 50 years ago – an America that was strong and proud, and full of opportunities. I want them to know that America again.
I’m running for President as a military spouse. My husband is deployed and I want him and his military brothers and sisters to know their sacrifice means something – that we do love this country.
I’m running for President for the future of our kids. I have a daughter who just got married and I saw how hard it was for her and her husband to buy a home. I’m doing this for my son who’s a senior in college and shouldn’t have to worry about saying things on a paper that he doesn’t believe in just to get an A.
I’m running for my daughter, my son, and our future generations. I want them to experience the freedom and opportunity that the American Dream has to offer.

I’ve seen that even on our worst days, we are blessed to live in America. But I also know that under Biden’s leadership, times are tough, our future is slipping, and America can be doing so much better.
As governor, I was dubbed a “jobs governor” because I slashed our unemployment rate, brought jobs back to our state, and shepherded in a successful economic recovery.
At the UN I fought for America, made sure our allies knew we had their backs, and stood up to murderers and dictators to let them know that America was taking names.
I know how to make America strong and proud because I’ve done it before. And I’ll do it as your next President.
As President, I’ll revitalize our economy, support small businesses, stop Washington’s spending sprees, protect our border, champion school choice, and save America’s future.
