I must apologize for a glitch with my list serves unsubscribing people from my list serve without anyone actually unsubscribing.  Please let me know if you received the Legislative Update a few minutes ago along with an email saying you have unsubscribed from the Office of the Governor list serves. Then click on the link to sign up again.

I am working to find out why this keeps happening and get it corrected.

Heather Braum with Kansas Action for Children gave me Iraida Orr's email announcement and contact information which I have put below.  Thank you Heather for your help.

The published agenda for the February 2  Bethell Joint Committee on HCBS and KanCare Oversight is attached.

Please note the Chairperson has decided to accept only written testimony during the agenda section pertaining to testimony on KanCare from individuals, providers, and organizations at the February 2 meeting. No verbal public testimony will occur at this meeting.

The deadline to submit the electronic copy of your written testimony is 5:00 p.m. on January 25, with two paper copies to be delivered to our office in Room 68-W of the Statehouse by 5:00 p.m. on January 26.

Best regards,

Iraida Orr, J.D.
