What do Star Trek, Swifties, and Real Housewives have to do with politics? They all have enthusiastic fan communities that can be organized for people-powered movements.

Fandom Forward and Arena are teaming up to host a panel on organizing fan communities.

Across the country, fan communities are using their extensive knowledge of their fan universes to organize for social change. During this 90-minute panel, we will take a deep dive into the nitty-gritty of how fan communities are actively organizing for social change and political participation. This panel is also an opportunity for participants to connect with and ask questions from panelists who have successfully organized within their fan communities and to learn how to do the same.

If you're eager to take your activism from the quidditch pitch to the polls or to get the Bey Hive in formation to vote, this panel is for you!

Creators: The Next Frontier of your Digital Strategy
When: A three-part series with the first part on Monday, Jan 29, 4-5:00 p.m. ET

RSVP to let us know you’re coming and receive the recording afterward.

Panel details:
Social Currant and Arena are teaming up to partner on a series of webinars and resources to help folks in the digital space level up skills and learn from experts how they can continue to reach audiences where they are.

Digital strategies in the progressive space are rapidly evolving beyond traditional owned or paid media channels. Digital practitioners are increasingly turning to creators -- people with existing audiences on social media -- to amplify their message to audiences they otherwise would not reach.

After this webinar series, you will have another tool in your digital arsenal and learn how these tactics can be used effectively at your organization.

This three-part series will touch on many topics in the space, from the technicalities of how to set up a paid creator digital program, to how to optimize those campaigns, to panels with some of the brightest minds in the digital space. Feel free to drop into one session, or all three!
