Team, Monday night, three Ohio Republicans debated for the chance to defeat me in the race that will decide whether Democrats defend our Senate majority or hand control back to Mitch McConnell.

It'll be another two months before I know who my opponent will be, but one thing is abundantly clear after Monday night: All three of these Republicans would be an absolute disaster for Ohioans and our country.

That's why I'm urgently asking for your support now to make sure I have the resources to defeat whichever one of them is on the ballot: Will you split $5 or more now between my campaign and Ohio Democrats to help me win in Ohio and keep the Senate blue?

All three of my potential opponents have said they'd support a national abortion ban – and any one of them winning would be a victory for Donald Trump, Mitch McConnell, and their megadonor allies. Social Security, fair wages, reproductive rights – so much of what we care about will be at risk if they flip this seat and the Senate red.

That's why it's so important that we raise the resources we need to go toe to toe with the GOP. But unlike my self-funding opponents, I can't write myself a million-dollar check – I'm counting on grassroots folks like you to power us to victory, team.
