Hi folks, Lisa Blunt Rochester here.
If you don’t know me, let me give you a little bit of background. My career in public service began when I first met Senator Carper (then Congressman) at a town hall meeting. At the time, I had my son on my hip and was pregnant with my daughter. Nevertheless, he encouraged me to apply for an internship in his office.
Once I was in the world of public service, there was no going back. From then on, I made it my goal to make sure that our government works for everyone. Fast forward to 2017, I made history and became the first woman and first person of color to represent Delaware in Congress. Now, I’m ready to make history again as the first woman and person of color to represent Delaware in the Senate.
Will you split a $10 donation between my campaign and Mark Warner’s to help me make history, keep Delaware blue, and defend our Democratic Senate majority?
In the House, I fought to defend our democracy, championed common sense gun safety, and advocated for stronger reproductive and voting rights. And I promise to do the same in the Senate.
In the Senate, I’ll do whatever it takes to create a more inclusive future for Delawareans and all Americans.
Let’s hold on to our Democratic Senate majority and make history together.
If you are able, split a $10 contribution today so we can create a more diverse and inclusive Congress that looks out for all Americans.
Thank you,
Lisa Blunt Rochester
