The future of our climate and our planet rests on how quickly we can make
the switch to fair, renewable energy.

That's why, with your help, 350.org has mobilized across the globe to
create a clean, sustainable future — including:

* Taking to the streets to demand renewable energy and an end to coal
and gas during Global Power Up, a month-long mobilization that saw 223
gatherings in 66 countries.
* Traveled to Dubai to make our demands clear at the COP28 climate
talks. Together, we put pressure on world leaders to phase out fossil
fuels, power up renewables, and advocate for a finance package for the
most vulnerable countries.
* Marched with more than 75,000 climate activists and partners at the
March to End Fossil Fuels, the largest climate demonstration in the US
since the start of the pandemic.
* Organized to put pressure on President Biden and other G20 leaders to
commit to tripling renewable energy capacity globally by 2030.

And our work isn't done yet. We're planning major campaigns to continue to
hold political leaders accountable to take the bold action we need — and
empower community leaders to create local renewable energy campaigns
worldwide.

But here's what we're up against: The fossil fuel industry is using its
wealth and influence to slow down any progress by introducing false
solutions and dangerous distractions for the continued extraction of
fossil fuels, which puts our climate and planet at more risk.

We can take on the fossil fuel industry and make a 100% justly sourced
renewable energy system a reality — but only if we have the resources to
fund real climate solutions.
