As a former Republican state lawmaker and former Colorado House and Senate Majority Leader, Norma is well versed in the law.

She knows that when the Constitution says no one who “engaged in insurrection or rebellion” after taking an oath to the Constitution is able to hold office, that it applies to Donald Trump too. That’s why Norma wants to see Donald Trump disqualified from the ballot in Colorado.

There’s no more important task than upholding our democracy. And no one who swore to the Constitution then incited an insurrection and attempted to undermine our democracy should be able to hold office again. Period.
