The Nebraska Department of Revenue (DOR), Property Assessment Division, has posted a news release to the website for List of Delinquent Properties Due February 5, 2024.
Pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 77-1804, county treasurers must forward an electronic copy of the list of real property subject to sale to DOR according to the instructions stated in the news release.
