This week marks the 51st anniversary of Roe v. Wade , the landmark Supreme Court decision that legalized abortion nationwide. While we should be commemorating the historic decision that affirmed the right to reproductive healthcare, instead we’re resuming the fight we won over half a century ago.
When the Supreme Court overturned this historic decision in 2022, ignoring decades of precedent and ignoring judicial restraint, the consequences were dire, endangering Americans across the country.
