John, today, I want to talk about a young woman who has redefined what it means to be an activist in our time – Greta Thunberg.

Greta is a powerful voice for the climate movement and a beacon of hope for the next generation. She reminds me of the urgent need for action, not tomorrow, not in a year, but right now. That kind of urgency? It’s rare. And it's incredibly moving.

From a lone voice outside her school to sparking a worldwide movement, Greta’s shown us it’s not about how big you are, but how big you dream and fight. Standing tall even when she stood alone, she’s still out there, pushing for real change.

And you know what? Her spirit ignited a fire in me.

Greta helped me realize that it's not enough to just make personal lifestyle changes. We need structural shifts, and massive policy changes – and fast. Inspired by her Friday strikes, I knew I had to do more. So, back in 2019, I took my activism to the front lines, right to the steps of the White House, every Friday. I was ready to be arrested, ready to make a statement.

Yes, if Greta could do it, I knew I had to step up too.

This isn’t just about standing with Greta. It’s about joining forces, loud and clear, saying we're in this together. That we hear her, we see her, and we're not backing down.
