Help during Human Trafficking Awareness Month.
John, as we have moved through Human Trafficking Awareness Month, we’ve shared several facts about human trafficking and its physical impact on victims.
One truth we haven’t highlighted is the psychological damage it can have on survivors, often for years on end. After Aaron* was rescued from abuse and exploitation at two years old,
it became evident that aftercare teams would need to work carefully with him to help restore his childhood. He is one of thousands of survivors of trafficking we have helped care for on their path to restoration.
Many more children need the aftercare support you can help provide today.
