In one month from today, on February 22, Georgians from all across the state will gather at Liberty Plaza across from Georgia’s Capitol Building to participate in the Georgia March for Life. The morning begins at 10 a.m. with rally, host of speakers and song, followed by the march around Georgia’s Capitol Hill at 11 a.m. A lineup of speakers, to-date, and partner organizations can be found HERE. Our Alliance partners will have tables across the Plaza with educational materials and information about their resources.
As preparations continue and excitement builds, many wonder #WhyWeMarch in a post-Roe world?
With the L.I.F.E. Act (Heartbeat Bill) in full effect (Praise God!) Georgians still face serious harm and devastation from the multi-billion-dollar abortion industry. Our goal is to restore the humanity of the most vulnerable Georgians by protecting unborn children and their mothers so moms will make life-affirming decisions they will not deeply regret later. This is an especially important message for Millenials and GenZers who are bombarded daily with ads and messaging by pro-abortion celebrities and influencers who are pushing dangerous abortion drugs in our state.
Meanwhile, on the anniversary of Roe v. Wade, resulting in the death of over 63MILLION babies, the Biden Administration launched a tour to promote unlimited abortion with the media’s full backing. Vice President Kamala Harris is using tax payer dollars to travel across the country to push the extreme pro-abortion policies and agenda of the Biden-Harris Administration.
We won’t take that lying down. Georgians from Brunswick to Buford will be coming to Atlanta on February 22nd to eagerly demonstrate their commitment to build a rock-solid Culture of Life that won’t waver. Join us!
Looking for transportation to the March? Several churches, schools, and other organizations have several buses all coming to Atlanta from around the state! Organize your church, school, or civic group! Gather your kids, family, and friends and head to Atlanta. Charter a bus, be seen and be heard by legislators, media, and fellow Georgians across the state to demonstrate that Georgia is a pro-life state and will fight for every man, woman, and child.
Register your bus HERE.
We are excited to see you all on February 22, bright and early, rain or shine. For more general information on the Georgia March for Life, click the button below.
