Senate Republicans released their stimulus plan to assist with the economic fallout from the coronavirus Thursday evening.

This plan, called inadequate by Democrats, falls short of providing any real assistance to working families and individuals affected by the ongoing public health crisis.

Senate Republicans are too busy thinking about their own economic gain from the virus' effects on the stock market and their billionaire donors to pay any attention to families struggling to get by.

Tell Senate Republicans that enough is enough. We need a federal stimulus plan that will take care of workers and families affected by COVID-19 now.

The GOP's plan is skewed in favor of corporations by exempting many businesses from paid leave requirements and failing to expand unemployment benefits. Instead the plan provides major tax cuts for businesses.

Senate Republicans have continued to push back against protections Democrats have called for, such as full paid sick leave and expanding unemployment insurance.

It's time Senate Republicans put American workers and families before their corporate donors. Sign our petition telling Senate Republicans to put the protections called for by Democrats into this stimulus plan now.

There is no time for back and forth arguments. We need a stimulus plan that works for everyone now.
