[ [link removed] ]MONTANANS FOR TESTER
John,
51 years ago today, the Supreme Court issued its landmark Roe v. Wade
decision, protecting a woman’s right to make her own health care
decisions.
Now, that right has been stripped away from millions of women across the
country. But I’m not giving up the fight.
Montanans value their freedom and expect the government to stay out of
their private lives. Health care decisions should be made between patients
and their doctors, not politicians.
That’s why I’m a proud co-sponsor of the Women’s Health Protection Act to
codify Roe into law. But the hard truth is that legislation like this
doesn’t stand a chance in hell if we lose this campaign. These are the
stakes of this election.
