Friend – today is the first GOP debate in Ohio's must-win Senate race. We already know our opponents are going to spread vicious lies and attack Sherrod, so we're gearing up to fight back.

That's why we set a goal to raise $100,000 before our opponents take the stage tonight – and here's our ask for you: $5.

$5 for all the times you've been proud to fight for workers' rights.

$5 to protect abortion access from all three of our opponents, who have pledged to overrule the will of Ohioans and vote for a national abortion ban.

$5 to make sure Sherrod has the resources it will take to fight back against GOP attacks, win in Ohio, and defend our Democratic Senate majority.

$5 may not seem like much in comparison to the millions Sherrod's GOP opponents are already spending on this race. But if you join the thousands of grassroots folks who've already given $5 today, we'll hit our pre-debate goal in no time and have the resources to fight back and win.
