In 2022, we witnessed in horror as MAGA extremists on the U.S. Supreme Court overturned this decades-old decision, jeopardizing the rights of women and pregnant individuals nationwide.

Amidst this challenging time, we take pride in Delaware's resilience. In 2017, Delaware Democrats successfully codified abortion access into law, fortifying our commitment to safeguarding reproductive rights. While other states experience drastic and dangerous healthcare bans, our state remains a beacon of progress and protection for those in need.
