Last week, the DC based Democrat-allied Elias Law Firm filed a lawsuit to re-open a settled case that liberal activists and Governor Evers had already won. They are asking the current Wisconsin Supreme Court to overturn Governor Evers’ hand drawn congressional maps to further benefit Democrats. Make no mistake, this is a move that is driven strictly by partisanship and a relentless pursuit of power. The people of Wisconsin deserve to know that this move is the opposite of making districts “more competitive”; rather this is a power play driven by left-wing lawyers and partisan judges, like Janet Protasiewicz, to disenfranchise the people of Wisconsin and impose their own will on the electorate.
