John — do you remember where you were on January 21, 2017?

It was Donald Trump's first day in office. That same day, hundreds of thousands of people filled Washington streets in a massive protest — the Women’s March, the biggest ever seen in the U.S. at the time.

We protested Trump's anti-democratic agenda and hateful, divisive rhetoric. We sent a resounding message of resistance to the threat he posed to women's freedom, LGBTQ+ rights, immigrant communities, and the rights of all marginalized groups in America.

Think about how you felt that day at the sheer power of unity. Remember the feeling of raw emotion, unwavering resolve, and the power of defiance?

The Women's March wasn't just in Washington. Millions of people marched in cities across America. And the wave of support didn't stop there — millions more around the world joined in solidarity, making it a truly global movement.

We the people sparked resistance against injustice and inequality. Together, we rose in defense of our rights, our voices, and our very futures — advocating for gender equality, reproductive rights, and access to health care.

The fight for a world where every voice is heard and every body respected is far from over. In fact, it feels more urgent than ever.

Trump’s influence continues to challenge our rights, threaten our communities, and the very fabric of our democracy.

That’s why we must remember the collective force that inspired millions, and channel that energy into a movement that will overcome once again.

The Women's March of 2017 was a monumental moment, but it was just the beginning. We must honor the legacy of that day by refusing to back down to pervasive extremism.

To do that, we need your voice louder and stronger than ever before, John. Will you help us grow our movement and write the next chapter in the story of our fight for justice and equality?
