We’ve proposed bills to implement extensive background checks, assault weapons bans, and get high-capacity magazines off of our streets, but each time, the extremist GOP strikes them down.

Despite MAGA Republicans’ deprioritization of American lives, House Democrats are once again calling for immediate action to address the ongoing gun violence epidemic in our country by calling for signatures on our discharge petition to force a vote on the Keep Americans Safe Act.
