We're throwing a party for democracy, and you're invited! 🎉
Today is the last day to get discounted early bird tickets for BYD's 2024 fundraiser ([link removed]) , where we'll be honoring those who have fought to defend democracy in Brooklyn and beyond.

BYD plans to be on the front lines in 2024, supporting progressive candidates, battling Republicans, and raising our collective voice on the issues impacting young people. To do that crucial work, we need your support.
Join us at Cystal Lake in Williamsburg on January 24th to prepare for the battles ahead, and to celebrate defenders of democracy. Enjoy food and drinks, and re-dedicate yourself to the fight to make Brooklyn a better borough for all.

The Brooklyn Can't Wait coalition ([link removed]) is working to elect District Leaders committed to a more transparent, engaged and active Brooklyn Democratic Party. And a crucial step in that process begins this week!
Join us on Tuesday, January 23 at 7:00pm at First Unitarian in Brooklyn Heights or on Zoom ([link removed]) for a joint endorsement meeting to hear from District Leader candidates who are seeking our endorsement. All are welcome — join us to connect with potential future leaders of our local Democratic Party and ask them questions! Each partner club will conduct their own endorsement vote after the meeting.
