You might know me from my greatest hits: sitting Senator for Virginia, and Governor before that. But right now, I'm reaching out for a friend of mine – Lisa Blunt Rochester.

Look, there's a lot of talk about red seats and blue seats ahead of November. But I can tell you for certain that nothing irks me more than listening to it.

It's simple: every state is in play! We saw how close our elections were in 2020 and 2022, so why would Democrats even dream of putting our races on the backburner? It's exactly why we need to do everything we can to ensure Lisa Blunt Rochester wins.

Sure, polling shows some states are closer than others, but we've also seen how polling has the occasional hiccup. That's just basic statistics, it's never really perfect. But, I'm not a gambler, and I sure as heck am not going to start with Lisa's race.

Lisa would be a huge asset to our Senate Democratic Majority. Her record as Congresswoman shows she has the grit and perseverance to take on the toughest of issues. From leading on expanding affordable housing options in Delaware to being on the frontlines of protecting reproductive freedom – electing her is a no-brainer, folks.

But, McConnell and his allies would love to see her come up short. We can't let that happen.
