It's sad that we have to say this, but more and more, we are having to watch out for fake vaccination schemes that put our communities at risk for outbreaks of vaccine preventable diseases.
Jeanette Breen ( [link removed] ) who admitted to giving kids homeopathic "vaccine" pellets and recording them in the New York State Immunization Registry as real vaccinations.
While news of the Jeanette Breen's fake vaccination scheme likely has lots of people surprised, they will likely be even more surprised to know that she just one of many people to have gotten caught in recent years.

An even bigger surprise?

Fake vaccination schemes actually aren't new.
Fake vaccination schemes have also been found in Indonesia, Bangladesh, Uganda, and in the Philippines in recent years. Tragically, in many of these cases, people likely thought they were getting real vaccines and not fakes.
This is very different than the current fake vaccination schemes that some people are using to try and bypass vaccination requirements for work, travel, or to attend school.
In addition to Jeanette Breen ( [link removed] ) , others caught providing fake vaccination records include:
Juli A. Mazi ( [link removed] ) , a naturopathic doctor in California whose fake vaccination scheme involved selling homeopathic vaccine pellets for COVID-19 (which she claimed gave life-long immunity) and childhood immunizations and falsifying COVID-19 vaccination cards and California school immunization cards. She received a sentence of 33 months in prison.
Jason Costanza ( [link removed] ) , Jaimi Jansen (got probation), and Ranna Shamiya (got probation) are also being prosecuted in Juli Mazi's fake vaccination scheme.
Julie DeVuono ( [link removed] ) , a pediatric nurse practioner in New York made made millions forging COVID-19 vaccination cards and uploading false vaccination information to the New York State Immunization Information System (NYSIIS). She "agreed to forfeit criminal proceeds totaling the sum of $1,252,540.63" and surrendered her professional licenses as a Nurse Practitioner and a Registered Professional Nurse.
* at least 82 NYC teachers were suspended without pay for submitting the fake immunization cards from Julie DeVouno, although some were allowed to go back to work
Jasmine Clifford ( [link removed] ) and Nadayza Barkley sold forged COVID-19 vaccination cards and entered names of people who had not gotten a real COVID-19 vaccine into New York State Immunization Information System database
Tangtang Zhao ( [link removed] ) , a pharmacist in Chicago, sold blank COVID vaccination cards to people who were not vaccinated.
Colleen Brungard ( [link removed] ) was charged with making fake COVID-19 vaccination cards
Tricia Manno ( [link removed] ) was charged with submitting a forged COVID-19 vaccination card to her school
Todd Anderson ( [link removed] ) was arrested for selling fake COVID-19 vaccination cards out of his bar in California
Dr. Michael Kirk Moore Jr., ( [link removed] ) a plastic surgeon in Utah, and three others, have been charged with destroying COVID-19 vaccines, giving some children saline shots, and selling at least 1,937 fake COVID-19 vaccination cards
Robert Van Camp ( [link removed] ) made and sold hundreds of false and fraudulent COVID-19 vaccination cards to unvaccinated people
Steven Rodriguez ( [link removed] ) , a nurse at a clinic in New York, was sentenced to two and a half years in prison for distributing fake COVID-19 vaccination cards and entering false information into the New York State Immunization Registry
Nicholas Frank Sciotto ( [link removed] ) and Kyle Blake Burbage ( [link removed] ) sold at least 120,000 fake COVID-19 vaccination cards online
Lisa Hammell ( [link removed] ) (a postal worker in New Jersey) sold at least 400 fake COVID-19 vaccination cards that she made herself. She said that she was 'Making fakessssss. Graphic design degree paying off"
Linda Tufui Toli ( [link removed] ) was given probation for providing travelers with negative COVID-19 test results
Keishaun Edward Todd ( [link removed] ) (Texas) was charged with selling fake COVID-19 vaccination cards
Dr Mary Kelly Sutton ( [link removed] ) lost her medical license in California, New York, and Massachusetts for issuing unnecessary vaccine medical exemptions, another type of fake vaccination scheme
Dr Kenneth Stoller ( [link removed] ) lost his medical license in California and New Mexico ( [link removed] ) for selling unnecessary vaccine medical exemptions
Dr Bob Sears ( [link removed] ) received probation again for writing fake medical exemptions
Of note, folks are getting caught and are getting in trouble both for making and using fake vaccination cards.
In many of these cases, we will still have to wait to see just how much trouble they are in.
We already know how much trouble they caused, as all of those folks who didn't get vaccinated and were left unprotected could have gotten sick and led to other people getting sick ( [link removed] ) , including those who are too young to be vaccinated or who have a true contraindication ( [link removed] ) to getting a vaccine.
