Tomorrow is the anniversary of the Roe v. Wade ruling, a landmark decision that guaranteed the right to an abortion. Since the decision was overturned by the Supreme Court in 2022, Republicans have outright banned abortion in 14 states and introduced anti-abortion bills across the country, including right here in Pennsylvania – affecting millions of Americans. 

If the extremist GOP win in 2024, they'll continue their anti-abortion crusade, pushing for abortion bans and interfering with the basic right to make our own health care decisions. Thankfully, abortion is currently protected in Pennsylvania — but without Democratic leadership in Washington, those protections are at risk across the entire country. 

Anti-abortion efforts have been rejected in ballot initiatives across the country, but we must come together to reject them again in 2024. We must never give up on this fight.
