Female athletes seeking a fair playing field and safe conditions deserve to have their voices heard. I was pleased to be able to bring attention to this very important issue during the Energy and Commerce Committee's Innovation, Data, and Commerce Subcommittee hearing. Biological men have no place in women’s athletics.

Burdensome regulations on the natural gas industry harm the American people and consumer choice. That’s why I introduced the Hands Off Our Home Appliances Act earlier this Congress AND why the House Energy and Commerce Committee met to investigate the regulations on pipelines and their safety.

GET THE FACTS: China LIED!

We all remember two weeks to slow the spread, but what if we had known about the COVID-19 outbreak two weeks earlier? Recently, the House Energy and Commerce Committee released documents obtained from the Department of Health and Human Services that Chinese researchers knew about COVID-19 in late December of 2019, at least two weeks before they told the rest of the world. These documents proved what we all already knew; we cannot trust China. As we continue this investigation, we will continue to shed light on what happened to ensure the American people know the truth about COVID-19. Team Lesko presented a Congressional Recognition to Hugh Duncan for his years of service to the Sun City communities after his retirement from President of the Sun City Community Assistance Network and the US Navy. Thank you for your service to our community and our country!

Team Lesko attended the grand opening and ribbon cutting for ISwing Golf in Anthem. ISwing Indoor Golf is an indoor golf and virtual sports facility that offers high-tech golf simulator practice and entertainment. Welcome to the district!

Casework Highlight

A constituent won their appeal for Social Security disability benefits, but had been waiting months to be paid the benefit and back pay. Our office contacted the Social Security Administration, addressed the issue, and provided proof of his financial hardship which resulted in back payment of all money owed to him.
