Yes, we want to defeat MAGA Republicans; yes, we want to stop No Labels from giving Donald Trump the White House on a silver platter; and yes, we want to protect democracy. The One Country Fund and our grassroots movement are leading the fight on all these issues and so much more because rural people, families, and communities are counting on us.

Can we count on you to join our fight for rural America and lead on the issues that matter the most? [[link removed]]

Since we launched Heidi's petition to protect the Affordable Connectivity Program on January 8th, Sen. Peter Welch of Vermont introduced a bipartisan bill to protect the ACP and ensure that millions of rural households have affordable and reliable internet access.

This is progress – this is what standing up for rural communities looks like!

But this is not the end of the problem. Despite the bipartisan nature of Sen. Welch's bill, there is no guarantee the bill will survive the MAGA-run House . The squabbling and grandstanding of Speaker Johnson and his MAGA Republican caucus may stop this bill before it even gets started.

We have an opportunity to make real change for rural families, but it all depends on what far-right extremists demand in exchange. This is unacceptable. Rural priorities are not pawns to be haggled over . That's why we need to help Democrats win in rural areas so we can end these MAGA games.

I f you are committed to fighting for rural communities and fighting for progress, then join our grassroots movement today. By chipping in $3 today, you will be powering a rural grassroots movement that is building a new Democratic Majority in rural America. [[link removed]]
