MoveOn is launching its election program earlier than ever before, starting with a special election kickoff livestream on Sunday, January 28, to plug members into MoveOn's ambitious plan to win big this November. This will be a district-by-district and state-by-state contest for control of Congress—and in the race for the presidency, the stakes couldn't be higher. The next nine months will speed by—which is why MoveOn is starting now, laying out our strategy and the work we'll all do together to win in November.

Join a one-hour livestream with the MoveOn team and national progressive leaders, including Representative Pramila Jayapal, to cover the electoral landscape, which voters are likely to tip this election, and how MoveOn members can reach, persuade, and turn them out to vote. You'll have the chance to become a MoveOn Vote Mobilizer or sign up for other active roles that will give you high-impact opportunities throughout 2024.

Abortion rights vs. abortion bans. Democracy vs. authoritarianism. An economy that works for all, protecting workers from corporate greed, and making billionaires pay their fair share. Divesting from Big Oil and investing in climate justice. Defending our freedom to learn against book bans and our freedom of expression for people to be who they are against attacks on the LGBTQ+ community. Those are just a few of the issues at the heart of this year's election—issues that will motivate voters when they hear what's at stake.

And with the House and Senate majorities both on a razor's edge, and a presidential race where we'll be facing MAGA extremists, bottomless pools of dark money, a captured Supreme Court, and a dangerous disinformation landscape, we all need to do our part to persuade voters to turn out and vote for Democrats.

The good news: MoveOn has a plan to win. That plan runs through the most critical states and districts where there are plenty of MoveOn members who can take action and plenty of key voters we can reach—and these parties and the livestream will lay out the plan for how to do it and invite everyone to get involved. In response, MoveOn is launching a "Banned Bookmobile," filling it with books that the far right has banned, and driving it around to hand out those books, for free, in highly trafficked areas that will attract media attention.
