Kelly Loeffler, whose husband is the chairman of the New York Stock Exchange, doubled down on this seemingly corrupt action by actually investing in technology companies specializing in telework solutions—just weeks before tens of millions of Americans began working from home to help slow the spread of this disease.

They were briefed about COVID-19. They knew what was coming. And on the backs of American families, they moved quickly to make a quick buck for themselves. And they did this while seriously downplaying the threat of the virus to their constituents and the American people.

Look John, bipartisanship is critical as governments at the local, state, and federal level work to legislate our way out of this crisis. But Republican Senators continue to show us their true colors and remind us how important it is to get better, more moral leaders into public office through the political process—even at this extraordinary time.
