No escaping it: 2023 dealt a harsh blow to the climate, shattering numerous
perilous records—yet again. At times, it seems like everything is going
haywire. But is it truly the end?

rallying millions of Global Citizens worldwide to fuel our planet and shield
at-risk communities from the repercussions of climate change. In May, Kenyan
climate advocate Elisabeth Wathuti delivered a powerful rallying cry from our
Paris stage:

"It's time to prioritize people and our planet over short-term profits."
