Mayorkas Has Failed To Uphold His Constitutional Oath

No amount of facts, figures, or statistics can fully demonstrate the heartache and devastation Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas' border crisis has caused throughout our nation.

At this week's House Committee on Homeland Security's second impeachment hearing of Secretary Mayorkas, I spoke with two mothers grieving the loss of their daughters due to Secretary Mayorkas' dereliction of duty. They hold him, and his failed border policies, personally accountable for their family's irreparable loss, and so do I.

He took an oath to defend and protect the Constitution and the American people — air, land, and sea — from enemies both foreign and domestic, and he has utterly failed to do so.

Now, we are seeing the cause and effect that has occurred because of his failure to uphold that oath. It’s destruction, and it's death, and it has to stop. Mayorkas deserves to be impeached.
