John, I have a series of updates for you today. This might be a longer email, but if you’re ready to join us now, click here to chip in $5, $10, or even $25 to help fuel our people-powered campaign.
Today, I’m grateful to be endorsed by Latino community leaders from all across Denver, including: Jamie Torres, Debbie Ortega, Rosemary Rodriguez, Juanita Chacon, Paula Sandoval, Polly Baca, Ana Temu Otting, Charles Garcia, Arnulfo and Christine Hernández, Patricia Barela Rivera, Marco Abarca, and Scott Martinez. |
Like me, these leaders have committed their careers to addressing the key issues facing Denver – whether that's our public safety challenges, addressing overdose deaths, or solving the increase in gun violence. They’re trailblazers and our city is better because of them. This week, I loved spending time talking to voters, attending a variety of local events, and sharing my vision for the Denver District Attorney’s office.
On Monday, I attended the Denver Marade honoring the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. The energy was incredible – even in severe weather. |

Following the Denver Marade, I stopped by the Martin Luther King Jr. Rodeo – supporting the history and heritage of Colorado’s African American cowboys and cowgirls. |
Earlier this month, I attended the National Western Stock Show & Denver Chamber of Commerce Boots ‘N Business event – connecting with many community leaders and friends from all across the city! |
