Fellow American,

I want to introduce myself.

My name is Nella Domenici – I’m a proud New Mexican, devoted mother, wife of
a Navy veteran, businesswoman, and I’m excited to announce to you thatI am
running to be the next Republican U.S. Senator from New Mexico.

It’s not breaking news for me to say our nation and state are clearly on the
wrong track.

To say that Joe Biden and my opponent Martin Heinrich’s policies have failed
us seems inadequate –it’s like they don’t even understand us.

The cost of living is way up, the border is wide open, our crime and drug
crises are out of control, and our public education system is leaving our kids
behind.

Hardworking New Mexicans are suffering from these failures. We need new
leadership in Washington who will improve, energize, and restore hope to our
state and our country.

That’s why I’m running for Senate, and I’m asking for your support to help me
restore fiscally conservative, commonsense, and impactful leadership both in

New Mexico is my home. My family’s roots run deep in New Mexico and it is
here that I have always returned.

I understand the importance of hard work, like most New Mexicans. I waited
tables to help pay for my undergraduate degree from Georgetown University.
While holding down a full-time job, I paid my way through night school at
Georgetown Law. I also paid for Harvard Business School, graduating as a Baker
Scholar, top 5% of the class, while nine months pregnant.

I began my career at the bottom and worked my way up through the complex
finance world, where I eventually served as CFO for one of the world’s largest,
most successful investment firms. In my career, I have advised, invested in,
grown, and led many companies, and served on public company boards.
Collectively, the companies I have been heavily involved with have employed
thousands of Americans.

I am uniquely prepared and qualified to fight for a significantly improved
New Mexican economy. My professional experience and education enable me to
deeply understand taxation, inflation, setting and managing huge budgets, and
creating incentives and benefits that serve employees, and attract new
businesses and entrepreneurs.

New Mexico is blessed with abundant natural resources, cultural diversity,
rich traditions, hard-working people, and leading national laboratories and
military installations.But sadly, our leaders in Washington and Santa Fe have
failed us.

I will fight to secure our borders, bring costs down, ease financial burdens
on New Mexico families struggling to get by, and ensure America is once again
the land of opportunity and freedom.

I’m in this fight to win – and with your support, we will get the job done to
flip this seat and restore a Republican majority in the Senate!

ABOUT NELLA
“New Mexico is my home. I was born in Albuquerque and lived for most of my
childhood in a home near the intersection of Lomas Blvd. and Monroe St. with my
seven brothers, sisters, and parents - Pete and Nancy Domenici. I began my
education at Our Lady of Fatima, where I learned the values I hold today. I am
the devoted mother of two, step-mom of four, and the wife of a Navy Veteran. My
family’s roots run deep in New Mexico and it is here that I have always
returned, no matter where my life has taken me. My husband Pat and I cherish
our home in New Mexico, that we have owned for nearly twenty years.

Like my father and mother, I have been a warrior for those who most need an
advocate: for women competing in academics or business, for families dealing
with mental illness, and for those whom quality healthcare was out of reach. I
have also been a champion of improving the education of our youth in
underserved communities.

Like everyone starting their career, I began at the bottom and worked my way
up through the complex finance world, where I eventually served as CFO for one

helped build businesses, helped companies grow, and created jobs. With this
business experience, I will help New Mexico attract new companies and create
jobs - so hardworking New Mexicans can find success and live their American
Dream.
