The AG has been hard at work (and we’re only 19 days into the year) protecting the environment we live in. Here are two of the actions he’s taken so far:
➡️ Rob recently filed a motion to defend President Biden’s Clean Water Act, which is under attack by Republicans and energy industry groups.
➡️ Rob submitted a comment letter in support of the U.S. EPA’s Safer Choice Standard program to reduce the amount of plastics seeping into our air and water through the products we use in our everyday lives.
Both of these measures aim to ensure Californians have safe, clean water to drink and air to breathe. Across the board, action on climate and environmental protections have been under attack by big polluters and their Republican friends — but Californians can always count on Rob to protect their best interests — especially when the stakes are this high.
