Hi there,
Happy snow day to all who celebrate! We’re only three weeks into January, and there is already so much going on. A huge shout out to everyone who braved the rain and came out for our planners of color meet-up/ TRB Pride, it was soggy but so fun. Next week is chock full of events, including our performance oversight training and the first Ward 1.5 meet up of 2024 (newly christened the Mid-City/Near Northwest/Rock Creek West Happy Hour). We hope to see you at something soon! |

D.C. Performance Oversight Training
Wednesday, January 24, 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm ET Zoom
Join Greater Greater Washington for a review of the DC Council’s performance oversight process—including what it is, what the point of it is, how it works, how to participate, and what makes for effective testimony. This is a training that's open to anyone interested in attending, not an ask of attendees to support GGWash's interests. It will be recorded. Make sure to sign up to stay in the loop.
