Since this beautiful tradition has been set aside for us, the life-minded, we bound ourselves together to shed light on what has become the leading cause of death across the world. We steel our resolve to advocate the uniqueness of each and every life as the strongest and singular basis for our respect for life.
“The Lord called me from the womb, from the body of my mother he named my name.” Isaiah 49:1
We celebrate in praise, thanking God, for the overturning of Roe and Casey and for Georgia’s LIFE Act. At the same time, we somberly remember the millions of lives lost.
We are all created in the image of God at the moment of conception. Imago Dei.
This is why we use this day to prepare for the spiritual battle that is abortion.
This is why education and action from our churches, synagogues, and biblical houses of worship are paramount.
Sanctity of Human Life Sunday is the opportunity to raise awareness in our churches of what we can do to eliminate the scourge of abortion from our communities, our hearts, minds, and souls, and build a rock solid culture of life here in Georgia.
If your pastor does not preach about Life this Sunday, please take the initiative to talk to your pastor about the Biblical basis for protecting the sanctity of all human life. Sharing with your pastor and fellow parishioners the importance of this issue in their everyday lives, we assure you, will have generational impact.
Join us in celebrating Sanctity of Human Life this Sunday! If you would like materials to hand out at your church. Reply to this email and we’ll send you digital flyers.
We also ask you to take action. Join us at the Georgia March for Life!
